This embroidery and embellishment workshop has been designed as a follow up to the Embroidery 101 class. In this workshop, participants will be working on their own applique, designed by instructor Laurie Lemelin. Everyone attending will be working on customizing and embellishing the template provided so they will leave with a one-of-a-kind applique to add to a garment of their choice following the class.

As this class will not go over the basic stitches to add embellishment to the applique, all attending should have either taken Embroidery 101 or have a good level of working knowledge of stem, satin and chain stitches as well as how to add beads.

All materials including applique template, sequins, beads and threads will be provided. Participants only need to bring their own scissors.
