This module walks you through the intricate world of special effects costuming and specialty builds for film and television productions. As an introductory course, the instructors will give a broad overview of the role and some of the responsibilities of a specialty costumer. Different from most other costuming roles, this role requires specific specialize skills, hands-on experience and apprenticeship, and the ability to grasp the creative concept from the costume designer to transform and craft it into a real life creation.
