Working With Other Film Departments is a CAFTCAD panel series designed to introduce costumers to the other departments in film and television with which we work so closely. These panels will provide a platform for representatives from several departments to provide a broad-strokes overview of what they do and how they expect to interact with the Costumes Department at all stages of production. Working With Other Film Departments features a diverse panel of speakers embracing the diversity we are fortunate to work with in the film and television industry and how together we strive to foster a healthy and safe work environment. We will feature a variety of representatives to walk us though the relationship between costumers and producers, directors, cinematographers, lighting, grip, camera, sets, props, hair, makeup, and visual effects.

Panel 2: Creative Department Heads will help us understand more about the roles of Hair, MakeUp, Props, Prosthetics, Special FX, Script Supervisor, Sound, and Stunts and how that relates to the Costume department.
